None the less, Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) is a better game than the original in every regard, and one of the few racing games I’ve seen through to completion in recent years. Not only did I become the most wanted in Fairhaven, I stuck around to hunt down some achievements, and take the top spot on as many leaderboards as possible.

I never found Most Wanted (2012) unplayable. I actually rather enjoyed it once I stopped viewing it as a NFS game and just Burnout Paradise with real cars and police pursuits. Rivals on the other hand was utter garbage. I can't believe I wasted $50 on the digital version even though it came with all the DLC.
NFS most wanted 2012 Main core on cop pursuit and escape with gadgets, lack of misc challenges, or customization. Need for Speed Payback 2017 Main core on campaign progression and misc challenges. Less content on cop events. I think NFS heat will be what I wanted. Thx for the info.

Forza Horizon. Two games are at the starting line, set to race off into the open frontier. We take a look at Criterion's Need for Speed Most Wanted and Playground Games' Forza Horizon and size up these two contenders. Back in 2010, two racing games, Black Rock Studio's Split/Second and Bizarre Creations' Blur, went head-to-head on store shelves.
the damages doesn't reflect in handling. too easy a game. Grid 2. pros: very hard (finishing first) when you reach season 5. handling is superb. the graphics is amazing. cons: crash physics is not up to standard.
Heat is worth playing for what it is especially with the Project Unite mod and the Gameplay Improvements mod. Do note that NFS Heat is not perfect, unfinished, incomplete rushed, full of annoying bugs, cut contents, the car physics are unfinished, there's clipping issues, random jumps without jump ramps and the damage bar values is unbalanced
But it still feels like something else in comparison. Maybe it's just that MW is supposed to be more arcade. MW has some weird world design too. Often you crash for a bump in the wall that's hard to even see, very annoying. And things can sometimes go totally out of control. It doesn't feel right.
